NOTES ABOUT PARKING
The garage parking cost is $30 for a 24-hour period, which is a $15 discount from the normal rate. The rate is set up for 24-hour blocks, as that is how Diamond Parking applies the discount.
For attendees who don’t need that amount of time, it might be more costly to pay the regular rate for parking on one of their adjacent open-air lots. $11 for 2 hours, $16 for 5 hours, $21 for 10 hours, and $31 for 24 hours + service fees.
Once the attendee has made their reservation at SpotHero, the attendee will be able to access their QR code via the app or use the QR code that is emailed to them.
These email passes also have in/out privileges, so the attendee can come and go as they please, during the time of the reservation.
Diamond Parking strongly suggests that attendees CREATE an account and DO NOT purchase as a guest.
That way, if anything happens, the attendee will always be able to access their purchased pass.
It is also advised: DO NOT take pictures of the QR codes OR try to share them.
NOTE: They had quite a few people get STUCK IN THE GARAGE from attempting to share QR codes during their past events.
